(CURRENCY CODE:C - 29). SIGNATORY - GOVERNOR, RESERVE BANK OF INDIA - R. ALL OLD NOTES OF INDIA HAVE TWO PINHOLES ON LEFT SIDE OF THE CURRENCY NOTES AS THE NOTES WERE PINNED IN BUNDLES OF HUNDRED NOTES.

HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO PINHOLES ON NEW NOTES, WITH IMAGE OF MAHATMA GANDHI, AND ARE DISTRIBUTED IN BUNDLES OF 100 LOOSE NOTES.
