The India 10 Rupees Banknote was issued by the Reserve Bank of India in 2014. Its obverse features the lion capital of the Ashoka pillar, a portrait of Mahatma Gandhi, and the RBI seal with a tiger and a palm tree. The reverse depicts a language panel, a rhinoceros, a Bengal tiger, and an elephant.

The banknote contains a windowed security thread with demetalized RBI and India in Bengali text. Its watermark reveals an electrotype 10, Mahatma Gandhi, a vertical RBI, and 10.

It is 138 x 63 mm in size and is signed by Raghuram G. This particular banknote has the plate letter R and is in uncirculated condition.
