British India ND (1943) 5 Rupees Banknote (P-18b) King George VI

This note is circulated and has the following: folding and wear (with some heavier bends/creases); overall light staining with some darker spots and areas; light edge and corner wear (including corners lightly rounded and/or split/frayed); light surface wear; no tears that I could see; two staple holes.
